When will I receive my order?
The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products and the (free) delivery require our team to take 7 to 15 working days maximum. We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

How much is shipping ?
We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free, Except the shipping by DHL,Fedex, UPS will be charged additionally for USD50.00 per piece as requested by custsomer. 

I did not receive my order
A problem with the Post? Parcel lost, broken, destroyed?

With our VIP delivery, Autoradio-Boutique takes care of the disputes for you. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority. We don't pass the blame on to the carrier by letting you "manage it". We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

Can I modify my order?
Yes, as long as your order is not "in process".

 

Can I cancel my order?
It is entirely possible to cancel your order! If the order is already being prepared, the cancellation costs will however amount to 40% of the purchase price. Do not hesitate to contact us by email at sales@omnitekcarstereo.com: our team will do their best to meet your needs!
I want to return an item
We are only able to accept a return in the event of a proven product defect. you can add our whatsapp +8613267121122 and the the picture or video to us. We also provide technical support from there.

Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to sales@omnitekcarstereo.com along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Autoradio-Boutique ships its products worldwide legally. However, the buyer is responsible for their country's import taxes, we are not responsible.
